Who is Children Prime on Warframe?

In tradition, Prime refers to any weapon, Warframe, Sentinel, Arching or accessory made with Broken technology. These differ from those used by the Tenn based on the Broken's designs. So, they not only work differently, but also have a unique appearance.
When does Children Prime come out in Warframe?
Children Prime will be launched on March 15, 2023, for Warframe players on all platforms. This was revealed during Warframe Developer Stream 168.
