OSRS Tombs of the Ancients Raiding Tips and Tricks

If you're looking to switch up your game plan and try something new, then raiding in OSRS Tombs of the Ancients (ToA) is a great way to go! Raiding can be a great way to add some variety to your gameplay and can be a lot of fun. It can also be a bit intimidating if you're not used to it and may not know what to expect. In this guide, LOLTANK will cover what you need to know to get started raiding in ToA.

First, you'll need to get some gear ready. You'll need top-tier raid gear such as a Bandos Chestplate, a Twisted Bow, and the best weapons you can get your hands on. You should also bring some high-level potions and food, as well as a few prayer potions. If you have a team, you can also bring a Healer's Hat for additional healing.

Next, you'll need to be prepared for the fight. You'll need to know the mechanics of the boss and how to defeat it. This means understanding the attack patterns, how to avoid taking damage, and how to use special attacks and abilities. You'll also want to familiarize yourself with the Raids Data Tracker plugin, which will help you track how much damage you're doing, how many times you've died, and more.

Tips and tricks that you should keep in mind

For example, when using bones at the POH altar, you should start from the bottom of your inventory and click the same bone the whole time, instead of just clicking the bone you want to use. You can also min-max your time by waiting until a scav room with one of those trees or rocks that you can chop/slash mine and get that little bit of extra points.

Another tip is to take advantage of the teleport attack. The teleport attack does damage equivalent to your health at the time of the teleport minus five. Therefore, it's best to overload right before you go into Vasa and then you can eat up after the teleport.

Once you're ready to go, it's time to gather your team and head to ToA. You'll need to bring a Deep Pickaxe to open the entrance, and then it's time to face the boss. You'll need to be coordinated and work together as a team to defeat the boss. If you can do that, you'll be rewarded with a variety of rewards, ranging from experience to rare items.

Finally, if you want to become a master raider, it's important to keep practicing. You can do this by doing solo chambers, which will help you become more familiar with the mechanics, as well as get more experience and better gear. You can also practice with friends, which can make the experience much more enjoyable.
